Stage 1-

Bradbar set the development into two parts, stage 1 was the build and completion of plots 1-5, the main access and shells of plots 6 and 7. This was completed in March 2019 where all houses were sold off plan allowing for the new home owners to chose their own style of kitchens and tiles.

 

Stage 2-

The build and completion of plots 6-9, finish the tarmac of the roads and planting.
